PUBLIC NOTICE Service Changes Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kings County Area Public Transit Agency (KCAPTA) will hold public hearings to seek comments from the public regarding the proposed transit service changes that will impact services. The transit system operated as Kings Area Regional Transit (KART) proposes the following service change:

The relocation of the KART Multi-Modal Transit Center necessitates changes to all transit routes in order to maintain reliable service, improve connectivity, and ensure continued access to key destinations. At the hearing, staff will present details of the proposed route adjustments and their anticipated impacts. Members of the public will have the opportunity to provide comments and ask questions.

Public Hearing– will be held at the regular meeting of KCAPTA scheduled for December 1, 2025 and January 28, 2026 – 2:00 PM at the Board Chambers – Admin Bldg 1, Kings Co Gov’t Center., Hanford, CA 93230 to discuss changes and receive public comments. SE DA AVISO QUE la Agencia de Tránsito Público del Condado de Kings (KCAPTA) llevará a cabo una audiencia pública para obtener comentarios del público sobre el cambio de servicio de tránsito propuesto que afectará a la Ciudad de Hanford y la ruta de Fresno. El sistema de tránsito operado como Kings Area Regional Transit (KART) propone el siguiente cambio de servicio:
